Mapping and Analysis of Forest Associations in Italy: Organizational Models, Governance, and Development Perspectives

Research, analysis, and investigation to quantify the phenomenon across geographic areas or case studies, assessing different forms of associations (e.g., consortia, ASFO, forest contracts).
Interviews will be conducted to analyze the operational capacity of these organizations and compare them with European models. The research includes data collection, synthesis, and evaluation of strategies to strengthen the role of forest associations.

Required Knowledge and Skills

Knowledge of forest management and Italian forest policies
- Familiarity with the functioning of consortia and other forestry aggregation models
- Ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative data analysis
- Experience in conducting structured and semi-structured interviews
- Basic knowledge of GIS and mapping tools (optional)
